If you receive a product that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, or if the wrong product is shipped, you can return or exchange it once.
Please provide the following information to our customer care staff at ifqarasales@gmail.com within two days of receipt if you would like to return any of the purchased items.– Order number– The delivery addressIndicate the reason for the return, and if the product is damaged or inaccurate, send us a picture of it.Within 2-4 business days of the exchange, replacement, or credit note being accepted, a reverse pick-up will be arranged. Replacement orders will be delivered with 7 business days. Make sure the item you are returning is undamaged and in its original packaging. After seven days from the date of delivery, no requests for returns, exchanges, or credit notes will be accepted.
Orders placed in India typically arrive in 7-8 business days. We have a fantastic return policy that is favourable to customers! Returns are accepted in three ways: you can receive a credit note that never expires, a replacement of the identical item, or an exchange for another item.
